Trainz Driver 2, now available as a Free to Play game, offers an immersive train driving experience for enthusiasts. In addition to driving and exploring, players can now create their own tracks as well. The upcoming release of Trainz Sim 3 in July 2021 is also something to look forward to.

Drive your favorite trains in a remarkably realistic 3D world and expand your collection with a wide range of locomotives, new routes, and engaging sessions. Take part in multiplayer co-operative sessions with players from around the globe.

The game caters to a wide audience, from ages 4 to 104, offering both prototypical routes and arcade-style sessions. Its user-friendly interface is designed specifically for the smaller form factor of the iPhone. New features in Trainz Driver 2 include improved graphics and new content, such as the addition of steam engines. This upgrade is truly worthwhile for any train enthusiast. With multiplayer functionality and impressive world-building tools, players can drive, build, and share their love for trains with enthusiasts from around the world.

Powered by the acclaimed Trainz Simulator 2 for iPad, Trainz Driver 2 offers easy-to-use world editing tools:

 <li>Add scenery, buildings, fences, roads, and traffic</li>
 <li>Select from a wide variety of trains and rolling stock to customize driving experiences</li>

 <li>Upload creations to the Download Station</li>

When combined with Trainz Simulator 2 for iPad, players can expand their routes with interactive driving sessions using additional rules and commands, then share them with others via the DLS.

Multiplayer functionality allows users to drive trains with both Trainz Driver 2 and Trainz Simulator 2 users. Connect with friends or join existing games for co-operative sessions while chatting through iTrainz Chat.

Choose from real-life routes from the USA, UK, and Australia, as well as fictional "arcade" sessions for added fun and excitement. For the first time in the core app, steam engines are included with detailed tutorials to teach players how to handle a tender full of coal and water and haul freight and passengers across various routes. Diesel locomotives, freight wagons, tankers, passenger cars, and more are also available to aspiring train drivers of all ages.

As new content is continuously released, players can expand their collection of routes, sessions, locomotives, and rolling stock through in-game purchases.
